Return & Refund Policy – BADD Clothing Inc.

At BADD Clothing Inc., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
     
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
     
  • Tags, labels, and packaging still attached
     
  • No stains, odors, or damage
     
  • Not a custom, personalized, or made-to-order product
     

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized orders(patches, added customization on apparel)
     
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale
     
  • Digital products
     
  • Gift cards
     
  • Items not purchased directly on baddclothinginc.com
     

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
     
  • Defective items
     
  • Incorrect item received
     

Exchanges depend on inventory availability. If the item is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.



Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
     
  2. Include your order number
     
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue
     

We will replace the item or provide an alternative solution.


Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping.
     

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
     
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
     
  • Banks or card providers may require additional time for posting
     

If the return is declined, we will notify you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once production or shipping begins, the order cannot be canceled.
